RENÉ VIDAL is the founder and principal at Vidal Training Group, a company whose current mission is to impact one million leaders worldwide across sports, business, and life. A six-time NCAA championship tennis coach at Boise State, Colgate, and Mississippi State, René helps organizations and teams create cultures of high performance, resilience, and execution. A frequent speaker on mental toughness, peak performance, and leadership execution, René is the author or co-author of four books: Play Smart to Win, The Power of Focus, Play Smart to Win in Business, and Execute to Win.
René is a graduate of Florida International University and holds a master's degree in sports management from St. Thomas University.
A proud sports parent (Kenyon College '22), René resides with his wife and three sons just outside the city of St. Louis, Missouri.
